Terms of delivery, General information

The products purchased on galerie-lithique.com
are delivered throughout the whole world.
The total amount of the shipping fees
and packaging expenses for the preparation and the forwarding of your
order is variable according to the number of pieces and the total weight
of the order.
Unless their security is at risk, articles
are sent together to garantee our customers the lowest possible shipping
fees.
Galerie-Lithique cannot be held responsible
for a loss or a delay due to the Postal services' delivery.
We help by keeping in contact with the
french postal services, and are provided with a tracking number valid
until the package has left the French territory. This tracking number
is also valid in the US, in most western european countries, and others.
The products are delivered to the address
that you indicated to us during the ordering process.
Average delivery timeframe :
These are average timeframes, that can
fluctuate according to the weight of the package and the mode of delivery.
* For boxes :
France : 3 to 4 days
European Union : 4 to 6 days
Eastern Europe & Maghreb : 6 to 8
days
Americas, Africa, Near East & Middle
East : 7 to 10 days
Asia, Oceania, Australia : 9 to 12 days

Modes of Delivery :
The product ordered is delivered by the
postal services to the address given by you during the ordering process.
Generally speaking, the delivery is carried
out by "priority registered airmail" ( "Colissimo international"
in french ) handed out against signature ; with an option of "declared
value" for extra insurance.
Parcel Control on Delivery :
Upon reception of your order, you must
check the conformity of the goods delivered, at the moment of the
delivery and before signing the delivery order ! You must indicate
on the delivery slip ( in the form of a brief handwritten description
of the damages, followed by your signature ) any anomaly concerning
the delivery ( article damaged…).
You will also have to confirm these damages
with the postal services at the latest in the two working days following
the delivery of the articles. Please transmit a copy of this mail to
Galerie-Lithique.com via email so we can notity the french Postal services
and, if it applies, forward the insurance to your account.
At the time of the delivery, you must
imperatively check the state of the articles.
If they are damaged, or something is
missing, you must imperatively refuse the parcel, and note on the delivery
form : "refused because opened, or damaged, parcel".
You will not be able to get compensation
from the insurance if you sign the form and accept a broken article.
This checking is considered to have
been carried out when the recipient, or the person authorized by him,
signed the delivery order.
Galerie-Lithique cannot be held responsable
for any loss or damage of an article during its conveying by the Postal
services.
Return Policy :
- You have a 7 day delay ( from the delivery
date ) to return to us any article that would not be in conformity with
your order, or that would be defective (not damaged), or simply that
would not suit your liking.
- The expenses of return in the case
of a retractation will be at your cost.
- The expenses of return for an article
declared not in conformity with the order, or defective upon delivery,
will be reimbursed to you by Galerie-Lithique, based on the original
mode of delivery.
- The return policy is only valid for
complete products, in their state of origin ( original packaging, accessories…),
returned with a copy of the original invoice.
No guarantee will be applied to the articles
damaged, broken, soiled, or returned incomplete by the customer.
- We commit ourselves to offer you an
exchange, or a total refund if you prefer, within a 15 day period after
we receive the returned articles.
In case of a refund, the customer's Paypal
account will be credited (protected transaction) in the event of an
original payment via Paypal. Otherwise, a cheque will be sent,
or a bank to bank transfer will be organized.
