The present general conditions of sale apply to all the sales concluded by the means of the internet site Galerie-lithique.com.

Patrice Bachelier reserves the righ to adapt or modify the present general conditions of sale, at any time.

Validation of the orders and electronic signature (law of March 13,2000 on electronic signature.)

Any purchase order made by the consumer through the "double click" motion constitutes an irrevocable agreement to conclude with the sale, and can be revoked only within the limits stated under the present general conditions of sale, in the "right of retract" clause.

The "double click" motion combined with the procedure of authentification, with your approval, and with the protection of the messages' integrity, constitutes an electronic signature.

This electronic signature has as much legal value as a handwritten signature.

Prices :

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but are committed to apply the fares quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

Sales taxes do not apply, according to the Art. 293B of the french General Taxes Code.

Methods of Payment, and Security :

- Bank or credit card : using Paypal

In this case, the payment is carried out through the http://www.paypal.com/fr site (secured mode). This implies that none of your banking information forwards via the site of Galerie-lithique.com. The payment by bank card is therefore perfectly protected ; your order will be validated and taken care of as soon as the banking service accepts the payment.

Paypal uses the SSL encoding process, which ensures the banking data's confidentiality.

- Personal cheques : FRENCH ONLY !

Your order will be put on hold for 10 days only, starting on the day the purchase was made.

It will be processed after reception of your cheque, so the delays will run consequently.

Your package will be sent out when your cheque clears on our account.

- Security:

The details of your credit card are encrypted with the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), and are never forwarded in clear on the network. The payment is directly carried out on the secured Paypal site.

Galerie-Lithique never has access to these co-ordinates, at any time, and cannot keep them on file. This is why you have to give them again with each new transaction on our website.

Reservation of property clause :

The products sold on our website remain the property of Galerie-Lithique until encashment of the total amount is completed on our account.

Non-payment clause :

Galerie-Lithique reserves the right to refuse carrying out any delivery, or to handle any order, emanating from a consumer who would not have regulated completely or partially a preceding order, or with whom a litigation of payment would be in process with the Administration.

Right of retract :

According to the French Code of Consumerism ( Art. 121/16 ), the buyer is given a delay of seven workdays after delivery of the goods to return any item that wouldn't meet his demands, and to ask for a trade in or a full refund not including the shipping fees.

The item will have to be sent back with the original accessories (if any), in its original packaging.

French Law on "Data Processing and Freedoms" :

According to the Art. 34 of this 1978 law, at all time "any private individual has a right of access, of modification, of correction and of suppression of the data which concerns him".
